- Assessing the teaching and learning processes in the University through administration of the Student –Lecturer evaluation form and analyzing of the findings.
- Assessment of academic programs.
- Developing assessment and analysis tools to assess and monitor teaching and learning activities within the University.
- Participate in corporate social responsibility activities.
- Carry out spot checks to ensure that examination administration and invigilation are carried out in accordance with examination rules and regulations.
- Sensitization to staff on new knowledge and academic policies developed.
- Evaluating the quality of teaching facilities including classrooms, lecture theatres, laboratory equipment, information communication and Library services.
- Advising and guiding departments on the execution of quality assurance activities.

- Degree courses as per requirement
- Attend to visitor’s enquiries in a respectful and timely manner
- Respond to all enquiries in not more than 5 days
- Handle student’s complaints immediately
- Give notice of 5 days for meetings
